Booking / Preliminary booking

Preliminary booking can be done directly via the internet, by mail, fax or telephone.
Your place is then preliminary booked and we send you a booking confirmation.

Booking confirmation / booking fee

As soon as you receive a booking confirmation, you pay a downpayment-fee of 100 Euro / 1000 SEK.
If you want a cancellation waver you pay a fee of 20 Euro / 200 SEK above the price of the tour.
Remaning amount will be payed at the latest 30 days before departure. Then your place is reserved.

Booking later then 30 days before departure.

If you book later than 30 days before departure, you pay the entire fee directly.

Cancellation

If you cancellation or change is done earlier than 30 days before departure, we keep the downpayment.
Is it less than 30 days but more than 14 days you pay 50 %.
If it is less than two weeks to departure you pay the full price.
If you want to change departure or tour, your payments will be accounted to you.

Cancellation waver.

This limits the costs for cancellation to a maximum of 20 Euros / 200 SEK if you or your felow traveler cancel on medival grounds.
You must then strenghten your claim with a doctors certificate.

The cancellation waver is also valid should a close relative fall ill or if something unforseen happens which unables your vacation, e.g. a fire in your home.
